Biography
Responsible for a quadrant of the galaxy, the North Kai lives on a tiny planet whose gravity is ten times Earth’s. He passes on the Kaiô-ken and the Spirit Bomb, two techniques that define the Z era.
His narrative function goes beyond training: he acts as an information channel, able to follow fights at a distance and relay what is happening elsewhere. He is how the story explains its own stakes.
