Biography

Pilaf wants to conquer the world and brings to the task a castle, two subordinates and no personal power at all. He is nonetheless the first to grasp the real value of the dragon balls, and the first to miss the wish by a hair.

His longevity is remarkable: the franchise brings him back decades later, made young again, still resourceless, and still convinced his moment is coming.
