Biography

Puar attended the same shapeshifting school as Oolong and left with the mastery the other never gained: no time limit, no rest period. The series does almost nothing with this, which is a shame.

His role is that of the loyal witness: he stays with Yamcha across the entire franchise, without ever fighting.
