Tien Shinhan

Trained by a school that teaches fighting as a trade, Tien enters as a paid killer and leaves as a fighter who refuses his orders. His switch happens in a single tournament, on the realisation that his opponent is fighting for something other than money.

He then becomes the most disciplined of the group: solitary training, techniques that cost him life force, and a habit of sacrificing himself methodically rather than dramatically.
