Biography
Born from the evil half of a being split in two, Piccolo enters the story as a walking act of revenge. His record is the most credible conversion in the franchise, because it does not go through a speech: it goes through six months of watching a child he was supposed to despise.
He is also the group’s tactical brain. He is the one who assesses opponents, proposes unthinkable alliances and accepts thankless roles. The series kills him several times, and each time it has a direct consequence on whether Earth’s dragon balls exist at all.
