This summary tells the whole episode
Goku carries a turtle that has been lost for a year back to the sea, and it earns him an unexpected reward: the animal’s owner hands over a yellow cloud that obeys anyone with a pure heart. Bulma is more interested in the old man and in what he might own. The first link of the Turtle School is set in place.
